Priority will now be for essential customer visits as below.

Controllable water leak

CP12 Gas Service

Upgrade of partial heating whilst existing system operational

Vulnerable Tenants

Cosmetic Parts

Fitting of non-essential operational parts

Priority for vulnerable customers will continue. By this, vulnerable includes Medical Vulnerability, those aged over 70 and households that have babies.

We have a legal obligation to undertake gas servicing and this will continue.  You will be notified if your service is due and every effort must be made to allow access as normal.  Arrangements will be made to ensure social-distancing and if you are self-isolating please discuss this directly with City Technical Services.

We hope you understand the reasons behind these measures.  Our current and ongoing priority is to ensure the safety of our tenants, staff and contractors and to adhere to the Government Guidelines whilst this crisis continues.
