New Reactive & Void Repairs Contractors
Following the recent tender exercise and Board Approval, we have now awarded our Reactive & Void Repairs contract to QAPM Ltd.
This will run for a period of three years to 31st March 2026, with the option of 2 further single year extensions. The official start date is 16th June however QAPM are currently undertaking all new repairs and voids and will start out of hours cover on Monday 5th June 2023.
As of today, tenants should use the numbers below to report non-gas emergency repairs out with our normal office opening times (e.g., Monday to Friday, 5.00pm to 9.00am and weekends).

For any other repairs or general enquiries during office hours tenants can continue to contact our office on 01259 722899.
Please note that there will be no change to the way tenants report any gas emergencies, and they should continue to contact City Technical Services directly on 0333 202 0708.
