XL Bully Dogs

It is now illegal to own an XL bully type dog in Scotland without an exemption certificate. We understand the benefits of keeping a pet for many of our tenants and that the announcement of a ban may have been worrying for responsible owners of XL bully type dogs. We also understand that some of our tenants have safety concerns around XL bully type dogs. We will not withdraw consent to keep XL Bully type dogs provided that the dogs are registered and an exemption certificate is provided. Click the read article button to find out more on the requirements needed.
