Director of Housing Services
As a section leader Linda is responsible for managing the full range of housing management and tenancy sustainment activities including allocations, rent account management, void management, tenant participation and for the collation of all associated performance data.

Along with the other Director of Housing Services, Marian is responsible for the operational day to day supervision of the Housing Management Team.

Linda Ure
Housing Services Officer
Along with the other Housing Services Officers, Linda is responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive and responsive housing management service to the Association’s tenants within a defined geographical area of operation.
Linda currently provides such services to our tenants in Tullibody; Alloa Road, Banchory Place, Blackmuir Place, Broomieknowe, Craigleith View, Muirside Road, Newlands Place, The Braes and Wallace View. Alloa; Ash Grove, Bank Street, Bridge Terrace, Broad Street, Burgh Mews, Colville Gardens, Earl of Mar Court, Kirkgate, Mar Street, Mercat Wynd and Stripehead,. Tillicoultry; Comrie Court, Scotland Place, St. Serf's Road and Weavers Way. Dollar; Mitchell Court.

Donald Beaton
Housing Services Officer
Along with the other Housing Services Officers, Donald is responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive and responsive housing management service to the Association’s tenants within a defined geographical area of operation.
Donald currently provides such services to our tenants in Tullibody; Crofts Road, Delphwood Crescent, Dovecot Road, Firs Road, Knowefaulds Road, Ladywell Drive, Ladywell Place, Northwood Road, Redlands Road, St. Serf's Road, Stirling Road and Westview Crescent. Joanne Reid
Housing Services Officer
Along with the other Housing Services Officers, Joanne is responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive and responsive housing management service to the Association’s tenants within a defined geographical area of operation.

Chris McShane
Tenant Engagement & Communication Officer
Chris was appointed as the Association's Tenant Engagement & Communication Officer in April 2021.
His role will be to lead and develop the implementation of the Tenant Engagement & Communication Strategy and to continually develop innovative methods of tenant engagement and support operational staff in the implementation of these methods to involve our tenants in the services they receive.

Housing Services Assistant (Housing Options)
Donna is responsible for maintaining the operation of the Common Housing Register and the Associations These Home Allocation system. Donna provides advice and information to Housing Applicants as well as dealing with other housing enquiries.
