Andrew Gibb - B.Sc (Hons) MCMI
Director of Property Services

As a section leader Andrew’s role is to manage the Association’s reactive and planned maintenance programmes, to ensure that maintenance contractors deliver services to the standards expected of the Association and its tenants and is responsible for the collation of all related performance data.

Grahame Phillips
Property Services Officer (Reactive / Voids)

Grahame's role is to assist the Director of Property Services deliver an effective reactive, void and gas maintenance service and supervise the day-to-day delivery of our repair's services.  Grahame oversees our gas servicing and maintenance contract.

Billy McCord 
Property Services Officer (Reactive / Voids) 

Billy's role is to assist the Director of Property Services deliver an effective reactive, void and gas maintenance service and supervise the day-to-day delivery of our repair's services.  Billy oversees our reactive repairs contract.

Tara Hamilton 
Assistant Property Services Officer (Reactive / Voids) 

Tara is responsible for assisting with the delivery of the reactive, void and gas maintenance contracts, as well as other inspection and administrative duties within the Property Services Section.  Tara supports Grahame and Billy in delivery of the reactive, void and gas maintenance services.

Vicki Brown
Property Services Officer (Compliance / Planned) 

Vicki's role is to assist the Director of Property Services deliver the Association's investment programme, service contracts and to oversee the various areas of compliance that are required to meet our legal and statutory duties as a landlord.

Margaret Scott
Assistant Property Services Officer (Compliance / Planned)  

Margaret is responsible for overseeing our factoring service, estate inspections, assisting with planned and cyclical projects and other compliance duties within the Property Services Section. Margaret supports Vicki in the overall delivery of our planned investment and compliance responsibilities.

Leona Hens
Property Services Assistant (Compliance / Planned)

Leona is responsible for dealing with a range of planned investment, compliance and gas servicing enquiries as the first point of contact for the Association’s tenants, sharing owners and members of the public. Leona supports Vicki and Margaret in the overall delivery of our planned investment and compliance responsibilities.

Jillian Wilson
Property Services Assistant (Repairs)

Jillian is responsible for dealing with a range of maintenance enquiries as the first point of contact for repairs for the Association’s tenants, sharing owners and members of the public. Jillian supports Grahame, Billy and Tara in providing the full range of repairs services.

Connor Hazlett
Property Services Assistant (Repairs)

Connor is responsible for dealing with a range of maintenance enquiries as the first point of contact for repairs for the Association’s tenants, sharing owners and members of the public. Connor supports Grahame, Billy and Tara in providing the full range of repairs services.
