Director of Property Services
As a section leader Andrew’s role is to manage the Association’s reactive and planned maintenance programmes, to ensure that maintenance contractors deliver services to the standards expected of the Association and its tenants and is responsible for the collation of all related performance data.

Grahame Phillips
Property Services Officer (Reactive / Voids)
Grahame's role is to assist the Director of Property Services deliver an effective reactive, void and gas maintenance service and supervise the day-to-day delivery of our repair's services. Grahame oversees our gas servicing and maintenance contract.

Billy McCord

Billy's role is to assist the Director of Property Services deliver the Association's investment programme, service contracts and to oversee the various areas of compliance that are required to meet our legal and statutory duties as a landlord.

Tara Hamilton
Assistant Property Services Officer (Reactive / Voids)
Tara is responsible for assisting with the delivery of the reactive, void and gas maintenance contracts, as well as other inspection and administrative duties within the Property Services Section. Tara supports Grahame and Billy in delivery of the reactive, void and gas maintenance services.
