Back in early December 2024 we sent out information to all tenants on what we proposed the rent setting would be for 2025-26. We understand the benefits of keeping a pet for many of our tenants and that the announcement of a ban may have been worrying for responsible owners of XL bully type dogs. We also understand that some of our tenants have safety concerns around XL bully type dogs. We will not withdraw consent to keep XL Bully type dogs provided that the dogs are registered and an exemption certificate is provided.
