Customer Services

Ochil View has restructured its Housing, Property and Reception teams to improve the service we bring to our tenants and other service users. By bringing all services together we aim to improve communication and remove barriers to providing you with an excellent service.

The aim of the Customer Services Department is to be responsible for letting houses, repairs and maintenance of our properties, dealing with tenancy related issues such as anti-social behaviour, working with registered tenants’ organisations, managing rent arrears.
