Your feedback on all aspects of our repairs service is very important to us and helps improve the way we deliver future services to you.
If you have had a repair carried out to your home, and provided you have asked for communication by text, you will receive a text message asking you what you thought about the service. Please answer these questions as honestly as you can.
If you have given any negative feedback about our service we will contact you to discuss what we can do to improve the points you mention.
Everyone who responds to the text questionnaire will be entered into our monthly prize draw.
