We understand the benefits of keeping a pet for many of our tenants and that the announcement of a ban may have been worrying for responsible owners of XL bully type dogs. We also understand that some of our tenants have safety concerns around XL bully type dogs. We will not withdraw consent to keep XL Bully type dogs provided that the dogs are registered and an exemption certificate is provided. Recently, we have undertaken an extensive review of our Allocations Policy and this has now been approved by our Board of Management.
