We recently held a consultation exercise with Ochil View Housing tenants who are on our Register of Interested Tenants. The focus for this was the Tenant Engagement Strategy, which is currently being reviewed. Staff also took part in the consultation and we can now share the outcomes of the work that took place.

These Homes – the digital choice based lettings system that Ochil View Housing Association uses to allocate their properties, celebrates a letting milestone of 5000 properties today since launching in 2021. These Homes is a collaboration between fourteen other landlords, including ourselves, providing improved access to affordable rented properties across Scotland.
